Policies
- Appointments are recommended for all of our patients. We are always available for eye emergencies.
- If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
- Payment is due at the time services are rendered. Our office accepts Cash, Personal Checks, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.
Guarantees
Our commitment to your satisfaction is more then just words, It's a promise.
Eyeglasses
We guarantee your satisfaction with the quality of your frames and lenses. If a lens or any part of your frame breaks under normal use, within one full year from the date of dispensing, we will repair or replace it at no charge. (One time use).
Contact Lenses
We guarantee your satisfaction with your comfort and visual correction. In the event that contact lens wear is discontinued for any reason within 45 days of the dispense date, upon return of the lenses, the patient will be refunded the entire cost for the product.
