Front Office
The front office is the hub of Wildwood Eyecare. Manned by three of the most professional and efficient office specialists in the business, Erica Sass, Heather Craig, and Heather Bell funnel their high-energy and enthusiasm into the multiple tasks and job requirements which serve you... our patients. They schedule your appointments, coordinate your billing and insurance and maintain your medical records. They are the smiling faces in our window who greet you upon your arrival and THANK YOU for your business upon your departure.
Erica Sass is a 2007 graduate of the University of Georgia and has a B.S. in Agricultural and Environmental Sciences with a minor in Biology. She is a people-person who enjoys the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of those she serves. When not on duty at Wildwood Eyecare, she loves to travel and explore new places with her friends and family.
Heather Craig has worked in the medical field since 2002 and has a background in Health Information Management. She is currently pursuing a degree in Healthcare Management from Walden University. An Atlanta native, Heather enjoys serving the public and making a positive difference in the lives of those she assists. When not on duty, she can be found walking her dog in the park or reading a good book.
Heather Bell is a native of Atlanta who has been in the medical field since 2003. She has been at Wildwood Eyecare since 2006 and is the daughter of Peggy Bell, Dr. Sass's Optometric Technician. She is currently pursuing a degree in Office Administration at Chattahoochee Technical College, after which she plans to attain her certification in Healthcare Assisting.
